Biomaterial
The FungPot is a result of a series of experiment that involved the use of mycelium as a material for creating a sustainable and biodegradable planter. This experiment was inspired by the growing awareness of the environmental impact of plastic and other non-biodegradable materials commonly used in the production of planters.
The experiment involved growing mycelium on agricultural waste, which was then molded to create the FungPot. The mycelium material used in the experiment was found to be incredibly lightweight, insulating, and water-resistant, making it an ideal material for planters.
The material is biodegradable and compostable, which means that it can be safely disposed of and will not contribute to environmental pollution.
Moreover, the mycelium material used in the experiment was found to have a unique texture and appearance, which added to its aesthetic appeal.
